Building a log house

I hope someone can answer my question
Sorry, this will be in English, but my Norwegian is not technical enough for this type of a discussion. You may however, answer in either language.
I'm thinking about building a log house. I found 3 companies that I am interested in: Honkamajat, Ikihirsi and Til-Huset. I also found a plot of land that I plan on bidding on Monday, but how high I can bid, depends on your answers
The house as many of you know, comes from Finland in logs and will need to be put together on the building site. One of the above companies for example...offers the following for a ca.140sq meter log house:
"We will construct the houses in accordance to a complete offer. The delivery of the wooden components primarily contains the following construction materials:
-log frame installation accessories
-the structure’s wooden materials
-windows, external and intermediate doors
Wooden part delivery with 204x220 mm laminated logs: From NOK 908,000,- eks. 25% Vat.
Transport volume needed: 132 m3 and each
Transport to my area (Finnish Lapland - Trondheim) will be around NOK 27.000,- eks. Vat pr. truck. The truck capacity are ca 70m3 pr. truck
ok, so we got this covered
After it all has been put together, the house will be far from being nøkkelferdig. How much should I expect to pay for electrical, foundation, plumbing, sewage, etc. The plot already has an old house on it that I will be demolishing. Not sure if the foundations are usable though.
I know this is quite of a vague question, but to any of you who have recently built a house ca. 140sq meter, what did you have to pay for some of the above?
Also, another very important question
What labor can I do myself? Got an American electrician and a snekker in the family. They can do the work but they are not licensed to approve anything in Norway.
Would appreciate any ideas, suggestions, comments on this
